Booking cancellation

Cancellation and Pay-in-Advance Rules:



  • We attach importance to providing flexibility in booking cancellations. However, for cancellations that are less than 7 days before the check-in date, the fee for the first day of the stay will be charged and the reservation cannot be canceled.

  • For cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date, 100% of the prepayment paid for the reservation will be charged.

Tesisimizde, misafirlerimizin güvenliğini en üst düzeyde sağlamak amacıyla ana girişte Akıllı Kilit Sistemi kullanılmaktadır. Bu sistem sayesinde binaya giriş ve çıkışlar güvenli bir şekilde kontrol altında tutulmaktadır.

Her rezervasyona özel olarak tanımlanan giriş kodu, yalnızca ilgili misafirimize iletilmekte olup her rezervasyon sonrasında sistem tarafından otomatik olarak yenilenmektedir. Giriş kodunuzu öğrenmek için rezervasyonunuzu tamamladıktan sonra tesisimizle iletişime geçmeniz yeterlidir.

Misafirlerimizin ve tesisimizin güvenliğini korumak adına aşağıdaki kurallara uyulması zorunludur:

  • Tarafınıza iletilen giriş kodu kişiye özel olup üçüncü şahıslarla paylaşılması kesinlikle yasaktır.
  • Kurye, kargo ve ziyaretçi kabulü gibi durumlarda giriş kodunuzu paylaşmak yerine lütfen yetkili kişi ile iletişime geçin, ana kapıyı manuel olarak siz açın ve misafir/kuryeyi içeri alın.
  • Giriş kodunun üçüncü şahıslarla paylaşılması sonucunda meydana gelebilecek hasar, kayıp veya güvenlik ihlallerinden rezervasyon sahibi sorumlu tutulacaktır.

  1. Check-in and Check-Out Hours: The check-in time is 14:00 and the check-out time is 12:00. We kindly ask you to contact the reception in advance for your early check-in or late check-out requests.




  2. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in our facility.




  3. Smoking Use: There are non-smoking areas in our facility. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas.




  4. Children's Accommodation: There is no age limit for child guests. 




  5. Pay and Cancellation Conditions: Cancellation and change conditions may vary depending on the room type. We recommend that you take a look at the information provided at the time of booking for detailed information.




  6. Other Information: Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception service are offered at our facility. If you inform us about your special requests in advance, we will try to meet your requests in the best possible way.
