Booking cancellation

Cancellation and Pay-in-Advance Rules:



  • We attach importance to providing flexibility in booking cancellations. However, for cancellations that are less than 7 days before the check-in date, the fee for the first day of the stay will be charged and the reservation cannot be canceled.

  • For cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date, 100% of the prepayment paid for the reservation will be charged.
